What makes Zovora's products different from those of other stores?

2. How can I return my order?
You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. Just follow the simple steps on our returns page. Simply fill out the return form, return the items in their original condition and packaging, and we will refund your purchase price to your account within 5 business days. Don't forget to pack the package well and include a Track & Trace code!
3. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are free. For international orders shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. You can see the exact shipping costs during the checkout process.
4. How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order, including a tracking number if you have opted for shipping. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancellations once your order has been processed. If you would like to make a change, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can check for options before the order is shipped.
6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We are very sorry if your order has arrived damaged. Please contact us immediately via email or our contact form, and send us pictures of the damaged product. We will make sure that a solution is found quickly, whether it is a replacement product or some other solution.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 7-14 business days. International orders may take longer, depending on the destination and customs processes. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can track its progress.

We only accept credit card, Ideal and Bancontact payments. This ensures fast and secure processing of your payment.
